Meet the Owners of Fit Kitchen
Meet Owners Michael and Erika Phillips. Erika is an IFBB PRO body-builder, and both have been advocates for health and wellness since 2013 and athletes their whole lives. Erika and Mike have helped thousands of people in the community by providing a better and healthy way of eating, without sacrificing taste.

About the Menu
Our menu was created by using everyday foods with quality ingredients. We pride ourselves in everything we produce. We weigh our meals on a food scale for easy macro counting.
Meals are made fresh daily and never frozen. Ready for microwave or stove. All you have to do is heat and eat. NO prep, NO cooking, NO cleaning. Meals can be refrigerated for up to 5 days(check date on labels), or freeze for up to 30 days.
Everything on our menu is gluten free except our wraps which we use low carb wheat or flour tortillas that are high in fiber.

Macronutrients or 'Macros' are a group of nutrients found in food that give us energy. The three macronutrients are; Protein, Carbohydrates & Fat. No matter what training plan, lifestyle or diet you have, all three are essential in
our diets for a healthy, happy life.
